Many years ago, my daughter Cori, like many teenagers got her first job at a Tim's Horton's. She came home laughing about this story and I am so glad to be sharing it with you.
Cori worked at the Hume St, Collingwood, On, location and as many students do, worked nights and weekends. Now this location is only about a 2 minute walk to the Collingwood General Marine hospital. One evening while she was on shift, was like any other, service and clean up was the tasks at hand. Cori happened to be working the front counter as well this evening.
While she was in the middle of cleaning, of course a customer came up to the counter. Cori was surprised when she turned around and found the customer standing there in a hospital gown. The lady placed her order. Not sure at this point if Cori was sure what to say or ask this woman. After all, if she was in a hospital gown, shouldn't she be in the hospital?
She finished making the coffee, collected the payment and noticed as the woman was walking away that she was pregnant. Cori laughed and asked the lady when she was due? The lady's response was "I'm in labour now" lifted her cup and continued "but you always have time for Tim Horton's".
It speaks for it's self I would say.

This explains why Tim Horton's is so popular & the best coffee ever. We will go to any lengths to have our Timmie's even while in labour. Kelly
